Our Bacon Steak Skewer is the star of the show and the inspiration behind Piggy Sue’s. We take full slabs of bacon, cut it to 1/2” thick, work our bacon *MAGIC* and then throw it on a stick and finish it in the fryer to crispy bacony deliciousness.
This delectable treat comes with an optional side of fries and multiple sweet and savory sauce options to bring your tastebuds outta this world!
Bacon Steak Skewer
All poutine must start with a strong foundation, in our case it’s crispy hand-cut potatoes that we fry in pork butter. We get our cheese fresh from the US born curd-country itself, also known as Wisconsin! Don’t go and tell the Canadians about our peppery white gravy that we make from scratch! It might be unorthodox poutine but the taste surely won’t disappoint!
Our poutine is 100% crafted with love and is served without bacon, but you can add it for 100% more flavor!

Our fried ice cream starts with the delicious Gifford’s vanilla bean ice cream. We scoop and hand-bread each portion in our own personal cinnamon flavored coating.
After frying it to a perfect crisp in pig butter it’s your choice what kind of toppings we add on top. With options like whipped cream, sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, and hot fudge the combinations are endless!
